THE SHORT VERSION

Nothing to install. No ads. No third-party trackers. No student email required. LOCK IN runs entirely in a web browser, collects no student data unless a student opts in, keeps everything first-party, and can be verified in your browser's developer tools in under a minute. This page is the reference for your technology, privacy, and purchasing reviewers.

Overview

LOCK IN is a browser-based freight and trailer-loading training simulator for career and technical education. Students build trailer walls under a dispatch clock and are held to real load theory — support, bracing, staggered seams, weight balance, hazmat placed low, fragile freight protected, void elimination, and a graduated safety ladder. The game is free for individual players forever. The paid product is an instructor program dashboard that shows opted-in students' competency metrics with CSV export.

Delivery model

Security & Privacy

The privacy posture is a deliberate design decision for school use, not a setting we toggled on. It is the same on every page and is externally verifiable.

Full technical security review is available to district IT reviewers on request — a detailed question-and-answer document covering endpoints to allow-list, content-security policy, authentication, storage, retention, and known limitations. We share the detailed version directly with your review team rather than publishing our configuration to the open web. Request it at [email protected].

Accessibility

Implemented and shipping today: full keyboard play, colorblind modes, a reduced-motion mode, in-game text scaling, and high-contrast outlined text for mid-game readability. We describe what is built rather than claim a formal conformance level: LOCK IN has not undergone a third-party WCAG audit and we do not assert a WCAG or Section 508 conformance level. If your institution requires a formal accessibility representation as a condition of award, contact us and we will discuss scope honestly.

Content & Age Suitability

Training supplement — not a certification. LOCK IN builds intuition and tracks readiness. It is not a certification, credential, or license, and is not a substitute for employer safety training, OSHA training, powered-industrial-truck or equipment certification, or HAZMAT / 49 CFR training.

Document Library

Informational documents are available to read and print now. Contract instruments are prepared per institution and provided on request so your counsel reviews the version you will actually sign.
